Violations may result in post removal, suspension, or permanent ban at the discretion of moderators.

You retain ownership of the content you post on NairaLink. However, by posting, you grant NairaLink a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, reproduce, and distribute your content on this platform. You confirm that your content does not infringe any third-party rights.

5. Intellectual Property

The NairaLink name, logo, design, and platform code are the intellectual property of NairaLink. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of this platform without written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

NairaLink is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses. We are not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of any content posted by users.

7. Limitation of Liability

NairaLink shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of income, or damage to reputation. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed ₦10,000.

NairaLink reserves the right to remove any content, suspend any account, or restrict access to any feature at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms. Moderation decisions are final but may be appealed by contacting us directly.
